VIRGINIA MAE SCHEULER

Virginia Mae Scheuler, 83, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at her residence. She was born June 21, 1924, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Thomas Robert and Pauline Opal Harris Howard. She was married on June 9, 1954, in Jefferson City to William Herbert Scheuler, who survives at the home. A homemaker all of her life, she worked for United Telephone Co., Purple Shop Clothing Store, and Von Hoffman Press. A member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Mrs. Scheuler loved and cherished her son, granddaughter, and her two great-granddaughters. Other survivors include, one son, Tony L. Howard, Jefferson City; two sisters, Mary L. (Gerald) Reed, Westphalia; Jo Ann Brown, Jefferson City; one granddaughter, Jessie Sue Howard, Jefferson City; and two great-granddaughters, Haleigh Brown and Skyler Rackers, both of Jefferson City. She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Thomas R. Howard, David L. Howard, and Jerry L. Howard. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday August 24, 2007 at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. Benjamin Nwosu officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donors choice.
