Thelma Jean Forck, 86, of Jefferson City, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016, at The Quarters of Des Peres, in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was born December 23, 1929, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Edwin Jacob and Eleanor Blume Kolkmeyer.
Thelma was united in marriage to Wilfred John Forck on October 26, 1963, in Jefferson City, who preceded her in death on January 4, 2006.
She worked with the State of Missouri Highway Reciprocity.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Thelma is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Warren) Kohm, Kirkwood, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kaityn Kohm, Jacob Kohm and Matt Kohm; a brother, Edwin Leon (Mary) Kolkmeyer, Babylon, New York; a sister-in-law, JoAnn (John) Boeckman, Jefferson City, Missouri; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. John J. Schmitz officiating.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
