Thelma greatly loved travel combined with mission work. Shortly after their wedding, she and her husband traveled to Mexico for a mission trip. Later she was able to make a trip to Brazil for further mission work. She was a very talented painter, leaving behind memorable paintings for her family. Her hobbies also included other arts and crafts which she excelled due to her meticulous nature. She delighted in her grandchildren and loved being with them for the holidays and special activities. The family appreciates the care that Thelma received at Heisinger Bluff Assisted Living for the past twelve years.
