Shirley Frances Glaser

Shirley Frances Glaser, 74, of Holts Summit, died Monday, October 20, 2014, at St. Mary's Health Center. She was born October 6, 1940, in Columbia, Missouri, the daughter of the late George Alex and Alice Marie (Roulette) Nichols. She was united in marriage on December 2, 1961, in Columbia, Mo to Morris Leonard Glaser who preceded her in death on July 3, 2008. Shirley was a homemaker and was a hair stylist for many years. Shirley enjoyed her family and friends, and especially loved her grandchildren. She gave generously to those in need. Survivors include: three children, Terry Lee Glaser, Jefferson City; Matthew (Julie) Glaser, Jefferson City; Susan (Tom) Stegeman, Lohman; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, JoAnn Schulte. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Samaritan Center Dental Program.
