Ronald Ray Cramer

Ronald "Ron" Ray Cramer, 75, of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born March 11, 1940, at home in Morrison, Missouri, the son of the late Victor and Edna (Whertwine) Cramer. On September 19, 1959, he was united in marriage to Eloise Birk at Assumption Catholic Church in Morrison. To this union three daughters were born. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City. After graduation from Chamois High School, he attended and graduated from Moler Barber College in Kansas City, Missouri. Ron enjoyed his barbering career in which many of his customers were not just customers but his friends as well. He especially enjoyed any time he had with his children and grandchildren. On his Mondays off he and his barber buddies entertained themselves. He was a crappie fisherman until his buddy introduced him to the golf course. He spent numerous hours on the golf course as well as upkeep of his lawn of which he took great pride. Survivors include: his wife, Eloise, of the home; two daughters, Ronda Raye Cramer, of Columbia; Renee Monique Roettger, of her farm in Montgomery county, MO; one grandson, Jordan Ray Bonnot, of Vail, CO; and two granddaughters, Victoria Grace Roettger and Emma Elizabeth Roettger, of Montgomery County, MO. He is survived also by his brother, Jerry (Sandy) Cramer, of Salem; his sister, Brenda Reeves, of McRae, Ark.; by nieces and nephews; and by great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Robyn Michelle Cramer; two brothers, Roy Cramer and Marvin Cramer; and four sisters, Marilyn Frederick, Beverly Cramer, Aileen Blackburn, and Marion Schamburg. Ron will be buried next to his daughter Robyn in Resurrection Cemetery with a private graveside service for his family. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
