Regina Margaret Jaegers

She was born near Henley to Phillip and Mary Ann Hake Holzer. She was married on June 16, 1948 in Jefferson City to Peter R. Jaegers who died August 31, 1980. Survivors include a daughter, Deloris Holzer, Jefferson City; two step-sons, Raymond Jaegers and Edward Jaegers both of Linn; three step-daughters, Nelda Mae Schmidt and Viola Backes, both of Loose Creek; and Delma Parrott, Bonnots Mill; seventeen step-grandchildren; and thirty-three step-great grandchildren and a brother, Jerome Holzer, Jefferson City. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church; Ladies Sodality; the Ava Marie Prayer Group; and the Senior Citizens group. Memorials are suggested to St. Peter Building Fund or to a charity of the donors choice. She was a waitress for thirty-five years with Kauffman Cafe, McKinny Cafe, and Manhattan Cafe in Jefferson City until retiring in 1960.
