ROSANNA M. WOLTERS

Rosanna M. Wolters, 94, of Jefferson City, died Thursday, June 29, 2006, at St. Marys Health Center. She was born on Jan. 30, 1912 in Taos, MO, the daughter of Ben and Sophia Stegeman Taube. She was married on Sept. 12, 1933 in Jefferson City to Emil A. Wolters who died on Oct. 17, 1992. A homemaker, Mrs. Wolters had been employed in earlier years with Tweedie Shoe Company. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and enjoyed embroidery. Her greatest love was her family, neighbors, and friends. Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Betty and Wilfrid Bernskoetter, Jefferson City; and Emily and Vernon Scheulen, Jefferson City; two sons and their wives, Don H. and Cathy Wolters, Jefferson City; and Kenneth and Alice Wolters, Holts Summit; twenty grandchildren; and thirty-one great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Regina Toebben; Theresa Rackers; and Hermanda Grefrath; and two brothers, Edward Taube and David Taube. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 3, 2006, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Edwin A. Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday, July 2nd, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Masses; or Immaculate Conception Building Fund, 1206 E.
