RENEE DESIREE HANSON

May 26, 1909 — March 18, 2007

Renee Desiree Hanson, 97, of Jefferson City, died Sunday, March 18, 2007, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on May 26, 1909, in Paris, France, the daughter of Leon and Claudine LeFeve Guyonnet. She was married on July 3, 1941 in Kalispell, MT, to Theodore Hanson who died on July 8, 1988. She attended Sacred Heart Convent Boarding School in Ward, WA, and graduated from Flathead County High School, Kalispell, MT. She was a graduate of Montana State Teachers College, Dillon, MT. Mrs. Hanson was a teacher in the Regina, MT, public schools and later was a governess in Ladue, MO. During World War II she was employed in the shipyards in California. She was a volunteer with Clark Nutrition Center in Jefferson City for several years. Survivors include one sister, Andree Hoyer, Jefferson City; and two nieces, Linda Scheuler, Lake Ozark, MO; and Claudette Heinen, Alexandria, VA. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007, in Conrad Cemetery, Kalispell, MT.
