Paul Joseph Hill, Jr., 82, of Jefferson City, died Monday, August 28, 2017, at St. Marys Health Center.
He was born on October 6, 1934, in Halstead, Kansas, the son of the late Paul Joseph Hill, Sr., and Edith Priscilla Sherman Hill.
He was married on February 18, 1953, in Bentonville, Arkansas, to Vivian May Maddox who preceded him in death on November 6, 2001.
Mr. Hill was Sales Manager for Moore Business Forms for thirty years, retiring in 1990.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church and its Harmony Sunday School Class. He was an active volunteer with Meals-on-Wheels and the Buddy Pack program.
Survivors include two daughters, Marcia (Roger) Helten, Wichita, Kansas; and Brenda (Greg) White, Jefferson City; seven grandchildren, Tracy Miracle, Stephanie Hull, Dana Gunter, Desiree Smith, Kevin Paul Wolz, Brian Wolz, and Troy Wolz; twelve great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Hill.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Hilty officiating.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, September 5th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
