PEGGY L. FRANK

Peggy L. Frank, 73, of Jefferson City, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006, at St. Marys Health Center. She was born on Sept. 11, 1933 in Jefferson City, the daughter of Delmar Roy and Laura Ousley Smith. She was married on June 17, 1950 in Jefferson City to Richard Cecil Frank who died on April 15, 1988. She was a graduate of Jefferson City High School. A homemaker, Mrs. Frank was employed for twenty years with the Jefferson City Public School Food Service. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Linda and John Becker, Jefferson City; and Carolyn and Lonnie Bartley, Fulton; one granddaughter and her husband, Michelle and Mike Gottlieb, St. Louis; four sisters-in-law, Shirley Smith, Ellen Smith, Linda Smith, and June Lauf and her husband, Harry, all of Jefferson City; one brother-in-law, David Frank and his wife, Nancy, of Inverness, FL; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Jaime Leigh Bartley; and three brothers, Leroy Smith, Fred Smith, and Larry Smith. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with the Rev. Doyle Sager officiating. Burial will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12th, at the funeral home.
