PAUL CRAIG MARTIN

July 16, 1947 — February 1, 2006

Lieutenant Colonel Paul Craig Martin, 58, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, at Capital Region Medical Center. He was born on July 16, 1947 in Fort Ord, CA, the son of Clyde B and Lois Eileen Bundy Martin. His mother survives in Jefferson City. He was married on June 16, 1968 in Jefferson City to Lana Kay Johnson who survives at the home. He attended Jefferson City High School and graduated from Augsburg American High School in Germany in 1965. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Lincoln University in 1985. LTC Martin served as Director of State Resources for the Missouri Adjutant Generals office where he had been employed from 1977 to 2002. He was a twenty-seven year member of the Army Reserves and the Missouri National Guard. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Other survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Craig A. and Katie Martin, St. Louis; and Eric A. Martin, Frisco, TX. Graveside services with full military honors will be 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at Riverview Cemetery Mausoleum with Elder John E. Downs officiating.
