Norbert John Lehmen

He was born in Rich Fountain, MO to Ferdinand Lehman and Margaret Klebba Lehmen. He was married on November 6, 1935 in Freeburg to Elizabeth Marie Dickneite who died on March 21, 1998. Surviviors include three sons, Ferdy A. Lehmen, Westphalia; Marvin J. Lehmen, Deadwood, South Dakota; and Leon P. Lehmen, Freeburg; three daughters, Donna M. Holterman, Freeburg; and Norma L. Struemph and Marilyn M. Lehmen, both of Jefferson City; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a sister, Martha Schmitz, Westphalia. He farmed all of his adult life in the Brinktown and Freeburg areas, and was also employed with Play-Mor Trailers, Westphalia. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Westphalia; Men's Sodality; Western Catholic Union; and the Freeburg Fire Department Board. Memorials are suggested to Holy Family Catholic School, Freeburg; St. Joseph Catholic School, Westphalia; or Westphalia Retirement Center Activity Fund.
