Margie Glenda Ward age 91, of Wardsville, Missouri died March 20, 2021 at her home in Wardsville.

She was born August 30, 1929, in Millersville, Missouri. The daughter of Ralph A. Holmes and Rubye (Bonney) Holmes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Warren J. Ward, Jr., Wardsville, MO.

She held various jobs as she raised her family before managing a Dog N Suds where many of her children also worked. She was proud to be a 1970 graduate of Jefferson City School of Nursing and later got her Realtors License in Arkansas. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. She loved to dance, walk the beaches, read a good book, and normally had a puzzle in the works.

Other survivors include sons, R. Larry (Sharon) Seabaugh, Jefferson City, MO. Ralph G. “Jerry” (Debbie) Seabaugh, Hartford, CT, Micheal E. (Karla) Seabaugh, Camdenton, MO, James A. (Patricia) Ward, Jefferson City, MO, Jeffrey W. (Christy) Ward, North Little Rock, AR; step son, J. Michael Ward, St. Louis, MO; daughters, Linda K. Vanvactor, Jefferson City, MO, Connie A. (Dennis) Lockwood, Wardsville, MO, Margie Kaye (Delbert) Stockman, Wardsville, MO; step daughters, Virginia “Vickie” E. Ward, Farmington, MO, Janice M. (Danny) Pogue, St. Louis, MO; daughter-in-law, Joyce M. Seabaugh; and a sister, Barbara Jean (Joe) Seabaugh, Clinton, MO. She had 32 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Janette R. Rains; son, Garry W. Seabaugh; daughter, Glenda C. Seabaugh; and two granddaughters, Glenda Faye Godbey and Natalie Lynn Seabaugh.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home, Jefferson City, MO.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with Father I.C. Medina officiating.

The general public is welcome to attend while following social distancing guidelines. Facial coverings are suggested while in attendance.

Burial will be at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Cardinal Glennon Hospital Foundation, 3800 Park Ave., St. Louis, MO, 63110.
