MARY JANE WEGMAN

Mary Jane Schauwecker Wegman, 82, of Jefferson City, died Sunday, March 4, 2007, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born on Jan. 31, 1925, in Westphalia, the daughter of Alois and Margaret Meyer Schauwecker She was married on Oct. 12, 1944, in Westphalia to Jacob Bernard Jack Wegman, who died on Sept. 5, 2001. She was employed with the Missouri Department of Revenue and later with Kaisers Jewelry for fourteen years. Mrs. Wegman was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and attended St. Andrew Catholic Church. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, John L. and Connie Wegman, Jefferson City; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna L. and Ken Kuebler, Jefferson City, and Patricia A. and Larry Prenger, Centertown; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Charles and Stella Schauwecker, Columbia, MO; and Walter Schauwecker, Grain Valley, MO; and one sister, Evelyn Wekenborg, Salisbury, MO. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 8, 2007, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Patrick G. Dolan and the Very Rev. Gregory L. Higley, V.G., officiating. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 7th, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund, 1206 E.
