Linda June Bonnot, 72, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility.
She was born June 9, 1947, in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Henry Richard and Mary Elizabeth (Wolfe) Bonnot.
Linda was a 1965 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Following graduation, Linda worked for the Missouri Division of Aging as a custodian of records for over 30 years. After retirement, she worked as a school cashier for Cedar Hill Elementary School for nine years.
She was a member of the Methodist faith and the Fraternal Order of Eagle’s Aerie 2693. She was a skilled baker especially her sugar cookies. She was known around town as the “cookie lady”. Linda was always generous with her time for family and friends.
Survivors include one brother, Billy (Janice) Bonnot, Jefferson City; two nieces, Cheryl (Dennis) Bosch; Christine (Kenneth) Wynn; three great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a service at 4 p.m. with Rev. Stephen Buchholz officiating.
