Julia Ann Weber, 90, of St. Louis, formerly of Jefferson City passed away Monday, September 25, 2017, at the Medical Center of Trinity in Trinity, Florida. She was born July 6, 1927, in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of the late Otto Mathas and Eleanor Elizabeth (DeBroeck) Mueller. She was united in marriage on June 18, 1946, in Jefferson City, to James Monroe Weber who preceded her in death on March 19, 1978. Julia was a former member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph and the Daughters of Isabella in Jefferson City and a current member of the Mary Mother of the Church in South St. Louis. She loved to cook and often catered for other people. She also liked to play cards. Survivors include six children, Mary (Stan) Ochsner, Miramar Beach, FL; James (Joyce) Weber, Jefferson City; Ann Bardgett, New Port Richey, FL; Maggie (Dave) Rush, Jefferson City; John (Kris) Weber, Jefferson City; and Joe (Jen) Weber, Springdale, Ark; twenty grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Gilbert Mueller, Lake Charles, LA; one sister, Nora Conrad, Jefferson City; and a brother-in-law, Ray Brondel, Westphalia, MO. Visitation will be 2:30-5 p.m. Sunday, October 1, 2017, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, October 2, 2017, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph with the Rev. Joshua Duncan celebrating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Jim and Julie Weber Scholarship, St. Joseph Catholic School, 2305 W. Main St., Jefferson City, MO 65109.
