Jude Alexander Koenigsfeld

Jude Alexander Koenigsfeld, 21, of Jefferson City, passed away tragically Tuesday, June 30, 2015, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born January 2, 1994, in Jefferson City, the son of Wesley Joseph Koenigsfeld and Mary Margaret "Meg" Churchill. Jude was a 2013 graduate of Jefferson City High School. Jude worked with his father at Toby's Cabinet Shop and had also worked at Wal-Mart. Jude could always be found hanging with his friends. He loved to play video games with friends and to go kayaking. Jude will be dearly missed by his family who include: his father, Wesley Koenigsfeld, Jefferson City; his mother, Meg Churchill, Jefferson City; two siblings, Schuyler Taylor Churchill and Scarlett Grace Churchill, Jefferson City; maternal grandmother, Mary Louise Churchill, Jefferson City; paternal grandparents, Clarence Joseph and Margie Louise Koenigsfeld, Jefferson City; his godmother, Phyllis Wolfteich, Virginia; and all his many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Douglas Ray Churchill. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph with the Rev.
