James Julius Brenner

May 5, 1934 — August 3, 2002

He was born in Cole County to Anton Leonard Brenner and Irene Josephine Vander Feltz Brenner. He was married on November 18, 1989 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Marjorie A. Marsh who survives at the home. Other survivors include three stepsons, Joseph Marsh, San Antonio, Texas; David Marsh, Kansas City; and John Marsh, Lineville, Iowa; two step-daughters, Mary Jo Robinson, Jefferson Ctiy; and Debra Meuchel, Richardton, North Dakota; eighteen step-grandchildren; nineteen step-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Groves, Jefferson City; and Mary Ann Luetkemeyer, Wardsville. He was employed with Lincoln University; Meyer Electric Company; and owned and operated Next Door Flea Market & Sports Card Shop for several years until his retirement in 1995. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
