Farol Ray

Farol Rountree Ray, 79, formerly of Kansas City, died Friday, October 10, 2003 at Oak View Living Center, Jefferson City. She was born on February 5, 1924 in Cane Hill, MO, the daughter of Cook Neal and Zelma Adeline King Rountree. She was married on December 11, 1947 in Amarillo, Texas to James Franklin Ray who died on December 15, 1998. Private family graveside services were held on Sunday, October 12th, at Stocton City Cemetery, Stockton, Missouri. Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Karen and Rodger Hibdon, Jefferson City; two grandchildren, Barry Hibdon and Ryan Hibdon; one great-grandson, Paterson Hibdon; one brother, Gary Rountree, Independence, MO; and three sisters, Alluwe Long, Bona, MO; Judy Montgomery, Stockton, MO; and Sharon Basham, Blue Springs, MO. A sister, Loetta Kenney, preceded her in death.
