FRED LEE WILSON

Fred Lee Wilson, 23, of Jefferson City, died Saturday, July 16, 2005, at his home following a short bout with cancer. He was born on Jan. 20, 1982 to Edith Rucker. He attended Jefferson City Public Schools and graduated from Jefferson City High School in 2002. He was married on April 4, 2004 in Jefferson City to Corretta Coleman and from that union had two children, Mariyah and Fred, Jr. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church in Holts Summit. Survivors include his wife, Corretta Wilson; his two children, Mariyah and Fred, Jr.; his parents of the home, Tony and Lynne Johnson; two sisters, Michelle Johnson and Florice Johnson; four brothers, Tyrone Wilson, Jermaine White, Brock Johnson, and Michael Johnson, all of Jefferson City; and numerous siblings and relatives in Jefferson City and other locations. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Gordon Coleman officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to time of the service on Wednesday morning at the church. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
