FRANCES ANN MUELLER

Frances Ann Mueller, 85, of Jefferson City, died Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. She was born on June 20, 1922, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Clem and Leona Derkum Bruemmer. She was united in marriage on June 20, 1945, in Jefferson City to Emil Fred Mueller. He preceded her in death on September 28, 2000. Mrs. Mueller was a homemaker and later worked for Dr. Bud Agniel and later with the Dept. of Revenue as a secretary until her retirement in 1987. Frances was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Ritas Sewing Circle, Sew/Sew Sewing Circle, the Happy Hour Club, American Association of Retired Persons, two card clubs, American Legion Auxiliary, and Daughters of Isabel. She volunteered with St. Marys Health Center Auxiliary at the front desk and the surgery waiting room. Frances enjoyed life and loved to quilt, play cards, bowl, and play bingo in her younger days. She loved the times she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her faith was very important to her and would pray daily for her family. Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Ernie Klindt, Eugene; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Gary Mueller; Kenneth Mueller; Dennis and Margie Mueller, all of Jefferson City; seven grandchildren, Emily Mueller; Heather and Troy Downing; Stacy and Paul Strope; Nathan Klindt; Kelsey Mueller; Brittany Klindt; Carson Mueller; four great grandchildren, Tanner, Blaine, and Austin Downing; Connor Strope; one brother and his wife, Clem and Mary Lou Bruemmer, Jr., Rolla; and five in-laws and spouses, Norma Evans; Arline Mueller; Wanda and Billy Smith; Elda and Bob Bruning; and William and Linda Mueller. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother, Gilbert Bruemmer; and one sister, Mildred Daledovich. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2008, at St. Peter Catholic Church. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
