Edwin George Schepers

He was born in Argyle to Joseph Henry and Regina Pauline Wieberg Schepers. He was married on May 5, 1956 in St. Martins to Anna Marie Boeckman who survivors in St. Martins. He was employed for thirty years as an electrician out of IBEW Local 257, Jefferson City until his retirement in 1991. Other survivors include a son, Edwin J. Schepers, California; four daughters, Janice E. Grumke, St. Louis; Pamela A. Brauner, Centertown; Carla J. Luebbert, Jefferson City; and Christie M. Murray, Harrisburg; nine grandchildren; and two sisters, Rose Leach, St. Louis; Marie Duncan, Herman; and a brother, Leonard Schepers, Red Oak, Iowa. He was a member of the Roman Catholic Church; Fraternal Order of Eagles, Jefferson City; Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1003, Jefferson City; and was a member of the 1960 championship St. Martin Old Timers Baseball Team. Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
