Edith Marie Mize

Edith Marie Mize, 90, of Whetstone, Arizona, formerly of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away May 7, 2015, in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Edith was born January 30, 1925, in Bland, MO, the daughter of the late William Riley and Laura (Lemons) Branson. She was united in marriage to William C. Mize on October 23, 1946, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Edith worked in Jefferson City as a Press Operator for over 20 years with Unilever, Inc. She was a member of the Jefferson City Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include: three children, William "Bill" (Joann) Mize, Huachuca City, AZ; Sandra Hammond, Rapid City, SD; Willard "Craig" (Carol) Mize, Jefferson City; 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Effie Branson, Esther Young, Elsie Mittelhauser; and one brother, William "Bud" Branson. Graveside services were held at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
