ELIZABETH MARYCATHERINE MILLER

Elizabeth Marycatherine Miller, 95, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at Golden Living Center. She was born on September 4, 1913, in Columbia, Mo, the daughter of John Henry and Clara Schrandt Hatting. Elizabeth was a graduate of St. Peter High School. She was united in marriage on May 8, 1934, in Jefferson City, to Forrest Walter Miller. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1989. A homemaker all of her life, Elizabeth was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Anns Circle; and her neighborhood card club. Survivors include: two daughters and sons-in-law, Clara and Don Rackers, Jefferson City; Marilyn and Jim Noblett, Jefferson City; two sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Jean Miller, Las Vegas, Nev.; Paul and Linda Miller, Hartsburg; ten grandchildren, Diane Schlotz; Kay Scott; Sue Schlotz; Shana Crane; Mike Noblett; Shelly Lewis; Angie Westenbroek; Jeff Miller; Karl Miller; Jenny Miller; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a grandson, Bradley Rackers; and a sister, Genevieve Lammers. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, October 17, 2008, at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. Donald W. Lammers officiating. Burial will be in Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
