Clara D. Spellerberg

She was born in Rich Fountain, MO to Henry Schoenauer and Cunigunda Eisterhold Schoenauer. She was married in Koeltztown, MO to George Theodore Spellerberg on November 21, 1934 who died on April 5, 1982. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Ilene Spellerberg, Lee's Summit; a daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Gerald Wieberg, Wardsville; six grandchildren, Justin, Jason, and Serean Spellerberg; Dennis Wieberg; Laura Owen; and Susan Boessen; and six great-grandchildren, Melong, Jessica, and Megan Owen; Abigail and Charles Wieberg; and Madison Boessen. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Spellerberg; a brother, Louis Schoenauer; and four sisters, Matilda Schoenauer; Dora Holterman; Margaret McKinney; and Antonette Wolford. A resident of Villa Marie Skilled Nursing Facility for the past six years, Clara was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Wardsville, and served as a cook with Blair Oaks High School for several years.
