CLARENCE FRANK LEPPER

April 26, 1930 — December 10, 2004

Clarence Frank Lepper, 74, of Jefferson City, died Friday, December 10, 2004, at his residence. He was born on April 26, 1930 in Marys Home, the son of Anton Herman and Catherine Helen Sandbothe Lepper. He was married on September 12, 1953 in St. Elizabeth to Louise Agatha Dickneite who survives at the home. Other survivors include one brother, Fred H. Lepper, Eugene; two sisters, Veronica M. Kempker, Jefferson City; and Leona M. Eichholz and her husband, Charles, Westphalia; and one sister-in-law, Laura Lepper, Holts Summit. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Victor Lepper and Albert Lepper. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, December 13, 2004, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the Rev. Marion J. Makarewicz officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery, St. Elizabeth, MO. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. on Sunday, December 12, 2004, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1206 E. McCarty Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101; or Community Hospices of America, 1005 Northeast Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Mr. Lepper retired in 1990 as Maintenance Crew Leader with the Missouri Department of Highway and Transportation where he had been employed for thirty-three years. He was a United States Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church; Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2693 where he was a thirty-year Golden Eagle; and American Legion Post 5.
