BERNICE HARTLEY

January 17, 1918 — September 6, 2011

Bernice Hartley of Kirkwood, Mo., formerly of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011, fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church at St. Agnes Nursing Home in Kirkwood. Mo. at age 93.
Daughter of the late Sam and Emma Hager. Mother of Patricia (Frank) Bick of Ladue, Mo. Grandmother of Jeffery Dunavant, Catherine(Andrew) Fraser, and Scott(Lisa) Dunavant. Great-Grandmother to Payton, A.J., and Colin Fraser and Arianna and Kayla Dunavant. She is survived by her two sisters, Rosemary Scheppers of Jefferson City and Virginia Yancey of Granite Bay, Ca. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Hartley and one sister, Lillian McConnell and two brothers, Paul and Bill Hager.
She was a hairdresser for many years and enjoyed traveling extensively with her husband. Her hobbies were gardening, quilting, and bridge.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday Sept. 10, 2011, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with funeral service following at 12 noon. Entombment will be in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum.
Memorials suggested to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1206 E. McCarty St., Jefferson City, Mo 65101.
