Alfred Paul Rademann, 88, of Folk, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015, at Westphalia Hills. He was born September 6, 1926, in Folk, Missouri, the son of the late Anton and Verona Pauline (Moeller) Rademann. Alfred was a farmer with his brother Elmer on the family farm in the Folk area and also worked at the Jefferson Building making drivers licenses. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Survivors include: four siblings, Louis (Jo) Rademann, Jefferson City; Elmer Rademann, Folk; Agnes Distler, Jefferson City; Mary (Bill) Wekenborg, Henrietta TX; one brother-in-law, George Farris, New Bloomfield; 51 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and his special border collie Katie. He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Leona (Bill) Kauffmann; Ann (Floyd) Wilson; Clara (Bill) Farris; Regina Farris; two brothers, Clarence (Coty) Rademann; Edwin (Frances) Rademann; one brother-in-law, Tony Distler; three nephews, Gary Rademann, Keith Distler, and Mike Distler; and his other special border collie, Rossie. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Westphalia with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Folk with the Rev. Anthony J. Viviano officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to SSM Hospice, 2505 Mission Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
