ANDREE MARIE CONSTANCE GUYONNET HOYER

Andree Marie Constance Guyonnet Hoyer, 96, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at Lake Ozark Retirement Center at Ozark Meadows in Osage Beach. She was born on June 10, 1911, in Paris, France, the daughter of Leon and Claudine Guyonnet. She immigrated to the United States in 1913. She was married on April 6,1934 to Milton "Gus" Hoyer who died September 14, 1991. She attended Sacred Heart Convent Boarding School in Ward, Washington. She then moved to Montana where she became a beautician and wed Gus Hoyer. After the births of their children, she dedicated her life to being a full time Mom and later, Grandmother. She was an avid bridge player, a fantastic cook and enjoyed monthly dinners with the Missouri Department of Conservation retirees. Survivors include: two daughters and their spouses, Claudette and Alfred Heinen, Alexandria, Virginia; Linda and Larry Scheuler, Lake Ozark; four granddaughters, Cheryl Byrd of Rocky Mount, Missouri; Janet Scheuler-Kim, Kansas City; Diane Shelton, Nixa; Rita Crabb, Woodbridge, Virginia; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2008, at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
